Megan Hilty is one tough cookie. And she’s only getting tougher.
With a busy work schedule and a new album on the way, how does the 31-year-old make time for workouts?
“That’s what [my trainer] Dashais for . . . I don’t have a set routine where I can go to the gym,” Hilty told Celebuzz on Saturday in New York City.
The Smash star played host to the 2013 Kettleball Kickboxing Fitness Gala, where she praised her trainer Dasha Libin.
“She’s kind enough to come to my apartment and teach me new things ever week. She’s teaching me how to fight. She’s teaching me Muay Thai.”

Can Hilty fans look forward to seeing the star in the kickboxing ring?
“I’m not looking for a fight but if someone was threatening me, at least I feel like I could handle myself,” she said.
As for workouts in general, Hilty is a sucker for getting new outfits.
“I feel like if you look good, that’ll just make you feel good and inspired to get to the gym.”
Hilty’s new album, It Happens All The Time, drops Mar. 12.
