Hollywood celebrity gossip reports that *NSYNC are going to “reenact their greatest videos in a medley” for their rumored MTV Video Music Awards performance this Sunday.
It’s really happening!
A day after they joined Twitter, we finally hear that *NSYNC will in fact be reuniting on stage-for the first time in 10 years-at tonight’s 2013 MTV Video Music Awards… and it’s going to make you feel very nostalgic!
According to a report by Us Weekly, the disbanded group will be performing their hits like “Bye Bye Bye” before Justin Timberlake accepts an award. A source reveals to the magazine:
“They will reenact some of their greatest videos in a medley. Then Justin will sing his new song ‘Take Back the Night’ and get his [Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award].”
The former members have refused to address the question directly, but Joey Fatone‘s father caved and confirmed the rumor. Joseph Fatone Sr. told Radar Online:
“They’re doing a performance. I think it’s exciting. I couldn’t even say why [Joey]’s doing it though. Why, at this point in his life. Now he’s his own man.”
“It’s more to the face that MTV has made then all somewhat of stars, and also made Justin a star.”
So, will you be watching out for *NSYNC at tonight’s VMAs?
