If Farrah Abraham‘s sex tape was huge, Tori Spelling‘s could be titanic — at least according to Vivid President Steve Hirsch, who’s already prepared to offer big money to acquire the footage that Tori claims exists.
Hirsch just fired off a letter to Spelling, saying Vivid would like to make a “substantial offer” on the tape, presuming it’s actually real (possibly in the millions).
Hirsch writes, “This is a serious offer for a real tape and it could yield significant returns to help you through your difficult financial situation.” But first, Hirsch wants to see a clip of the tape to verify its authenticity.
Spelling recently revealed in her new book that she recorded a sex tape with her husband Dean McDermott on Valentine’s Day 2009, and one of Dean’s “friends” later claimed to have copied the file from Dean’s comp.
Spelling says her lawyer quickly went on the attack and they didn’t hear from the man again, but now the cat’s out of the bag … and Hirsch is pouncing on the opportunity.
It’s unclear if Tori plans to take Hirsch up on his offer, but she might want to consider it — Tori has also recently said that she and Dean are having money problems.
For what it’s worth, Farrah Abraham earned in the “high six figures” for her tape … nearly $1 million … so Tori would probably get even more.
Actress Rachel Mcadams is forced to dress up on Halloween in order to prevent fans from recognising her when she dishes out candy at her home.
The Notebook star has avoided the Hollywood scene in Los Angeles and opts for a simple life in her hometown of Toronto, Canada.
However, McAdams reveals that when it comes to Halloween, costumes are vital – because she once made the mistake of answering her door to a group of unsuspecting Mean Girls fans.
She tells Ellen DeGeneres, “I have to dress for Halloween now. I didn’t think about that before. I was giving out candy one year and some teenag…

In an upcoming interview with Ann Curry on TODAY, Brad Pitt says he’d let his “eldest” children see his new R-rated movie, 12 Years a Slave, and says “it’s why I got into film in the first place.”Credit: Jason Merritt/Getty Images
Proudest career moment yet? In a new interview with TODAY anchor at large Ann Curry, airing Wednesday, Oct. 16, Brad Pitt discusses his latest film, 12 Years of Slave, and explains why the role is so important to him.
12 Years a Slave tells the true story of Solomon Northup, a free black man from upstate New York who is abducted and sold into slavery. Pitt, who is also a producer of the film, plays Bass, a Canadian who works on the plantation where Northup is sent.

Despite having a smaller role in the already widely acclaimed Steve McQueen-directed film, Pitt, 49, tells Curry, “It’s why I got into film in the first place.” He adds, “It’s one of those few films that cuts to the base of our humanity.”
The R-rated film is so important to Pitt that he says he would even allow his oldest child, Maddox, 12, to watch it.

“Maybe my eldest I would, right now,” he said of his six children — Maddox, Pax, 9, Zahara, 8, Shiloh, 7, and Vivienne and Knox, 5 — with fiancee Angelina Jolie. “I’d rather for the others to get a little bit older and understand the dynamics of the world a little more.” (In June, Pitt revealed that son Maddox was making his film debut in his PG-13-rated zombie movie, World War Z. “He gets shot in the head . . . multiple times. But he gets double tapped,” Pitt said, adding, “I don’t know what that says about me as a parent.”)

And as his children get older, so does Pitt. Celebrating his 50th birthday in December, the actor says he has “no complaints” and he hasn’t “minded a bit.”
Pitt’s full interview with Curry airs on TODAY Oct. 16.
Fifty Shades of Grey Charlie Hunnam Replacement: Jamie Dornan, Alexander Skarsgard Possible Contenders?
Could Irish actor Jamie Dornan and True Blood star Alexander Skarsgard be possible contenders to replace Charlie Hunnam’s role as Christian Grey in Fifty Shades of Grey?Credit: Tim Whitby/Getty Images; Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic
Will fans be disappointed once again? The search is back on for the role of Christian Grey in the much-anticipated Fifty Shades of Grey film adaptation, following the Saturday, Oct. 12 announcement that Charlie Hunnam would be dropping out. When the Sons of Anarchy actor, 33, was initially cast on Sept. 2, fans created an online petition demanding he be replaced by actor Matt Bomer, but it looks like other actors may be in the running instead.

Citing sources, The Hollywood Reporter claims Irish actor Jamie Dornan is on the list of possible replacements. Dornan, 31, plays Paul Spector in the U.K. TV series The Fall, and starred as Sheriff Graham/The Huntsman on ABC’s Once Upon a Time.
In addition to Dornan, a much more well-known hunk is reportedly under consideration: True Blood actor Alexander Skarsgard, 37. THR also reveals that actors Theo James and Christian Cooke are also in contention. James, 28, is a British actor who played David in Underworld: Awakening, and fellow Brit Cooke, 26, currently stars as Mercutio in the new Carlo Carlei-directed Romeo and Juliet film alongside Hailee Steinfeld and Douglas Booth.

Though Universal Pictures and Focus Features said in a statement that Hunnam left the film due to his “immersive TV schedule,” a source explained to Us Weekly “the project wasn’t appearing to shape up as expected,” and that Hunnam was “not happy” with the script. Dakota Johnson, meanwhile, is still committed to the role of Anastasia Steele in the erotic film.
Though Fifty Shades of Grey fans initially created the petition on Change.org to recast both Hunnam with Bomer and Johnson with actress Alexis Bledel, they are now redoubling their efforts on the 36-year-old White Collar actor. “PLZ NOW MORE THAN EVER WE MUST JOIN FORCES UNTIL ARRIVE 100 K SIGNATURES,” the creator wrote on Oct. 12. “WE WILL DO ALL THE POSSIBLE TO SEE MATT LIKE GREY DONT GIVE UPPPPPP XXXXX.” So far, the petition has nearly 88,000 supporters.

The Medical Board of California will NOT let Dr. Conrad Murray practice medicine again, despite Murray’s plan to fight license revocation … sources connected with the Board tell TMZ.
TMZ broke the story … Murray wants to practice medicine again after he’s released from jail later this month. The Medical Board started the ball rolling to revoke Murray’s license, but it’s been put on hold while he tries to get an appeals court to reverse the verdict.
Our sources — which have inside info into the case — tell TMZ members of the Board believe Murray is unfit to practice medicine based on what he did to Michael Jackson. One source put it bluntly, “He’s not getting his license back.”
As for why … we’re told board members have already discussed the case — the fact that Murray was fueling MJ with Propofol for 60 days straight and allowed him to massively OD just before he died. They also think it’s unconscionable that Murray shockingly abused Propofol by using it as a sleeping aid.
We’re told the Board will often give a doctor one pass for misdeeds, like cocaine use or even hurting a patient. But they believe the circumstances surrounding Michael’s death involve a “moral failing” which is unforgivable.
Paula Patton stars in “Baggage Claim”. Credit: Fox Searchlight
In theaters Friday Sept. 27.
2 stars (out of 4)
Paula Patton is too likeable to take a pathetic role like this!
As Baltimore flight attendant Montana, she’s unable to find an iota of satisfaction in her exciting job or fancy high-rise apartment. The reason? She’s pushing 30 and…wait for it..still single! “I don’t want to be alone,” she wails in a voiceover. “I want my Prince Charming and Mr. Right.” (Sidebar: Using terms like Prince Charming and Mr. Right isn’t going to help your cause, Montana.)
Good thing there’s a ridiculously contrived reason for her to get busy in a hurry. Her newly engaged younger sister is set to wed in 30 days, and Montana is determined to find herself a husband — not a date; a husband — by the rehearsal dinner. Her plan: Criss-cross the country on her airline, meet up with her all-time favorite frequent-flier passengers, throw herself at them and hope for the best.

During her quest, Montana is so desperate that she’s willing to sit in a garbage dump to see if one guy is cheating on her, and stand on a fire escape in the rain while another guy duels with his crazy ex. Sigh. She also goes after a misogynist politico (Taye Diggs) and a dashing hotel mogul (Djimon Honsou) over a span of 30,000 miles. But it’s obvious to anyone who’s ever seen a single generic romantic comedy like this one that her true love is the good-natured childhood friend (Derek Luke) who just happens to live 30 feet away. Sigh, the sequel.

Seeing a beautiful and successful woman wrap her entire self-worth around getting married as soon as possible isn’t just antiquated and unfunny, it’s insulting. (As her fellow flight attendant friend, played by Jill Scott, admonishes her, “It’s the 21st century!”) And just when it seems like Montana might have learned a lesson and decided to take things down a notch — she even tells her sister to think twice before settling down so young — she hustles it to the airport because she thinks a proposal is imminent.

Look, it’s not all bad. Patton is a bright screen presence and can easily carry her own film. And Scott and Adam Brody provide morsels of humor with their snarky commentary. But surely they’re already regretting catching this flight.
The first picture of Meryl Streep as The Witch in the highly anticipated Into the Woods musical film has been released — see the fairy tale perfect pictureCredit: Peter Mountain
Meryl is at it again! The first picture of Meryl Streep as The Witch in Into the Woods has been released — and it’s a striking change than what audiences may be used to for the screen legend.

In the photo, the three-time Oscar winner, 64, wears a long gray wig, a black dress with feather detail and long yellow nails. The role of The Witch was originated by Bernadette Peters in Stephen Sondheim’s original 1987 Broadway production, with Vanessa Williams later reprising the role in a 2002 revival.

Some of Streep’s costars have previously been spotted working on the U.K. set of the witty fairy-tale musical this past week. On Sept. 25, Anna Kendrick, who plays Cinderella in the film, and Chris Pine, who takes on the role as Cinderella’s prince, were spotted laughing on the English countryside in costume while looking through pictures on a camera.
That same day, first-time mom-to-be Emily Blunt was also photographed (with her baby bump!) alongside actor Billy Magnussen (Rapunzel’s Prince). Ironically, Blunt plays The Baker’s Wife, who wants a child but can’t conceive because of a previous curse placed on her husband’s family.

The star-studded cast also includes Lilla Crawford (Little Red Riding Hood), Daniel Huttlestone (Beanstalk), Johnny Depp (The Wolf), Christine Baranski (Cinderella’s Stepmother), Mackenzie Mauzy (Rapunzel) and James Corden (The Baker).
