Kevin Federline is now officially off the dating market – and he’s done the same with a California pad fit for his growing family.
The dancer-turned-rapper-turned-reality star is splashing out over $8K a month (no doubt with a bit of financial help from his superstar ex Britney Spears) on this pretty sweet spread, Celebuzz has learned.
Located a stone’s throw away from the Princess of Pop, Federline – who tied the knot Vegas-style with his longtime girlfriend/baby mama Victoria Prince, 30, over the weekend – actually keeps it classy with the Spanish Colonial that comes with nearly 6,000 square feet and plenty of room for his growing brood – Sean Preston, Jayden James, Kori Madison, Kaleb Michael, and almost 2-year-old daughter with Prince, Jordan Kay.
Originally on the market for nearly $2.5 million, the private abode can be found in Justin Bieber‘s swanky neck of the woods in Calabasas, Calif., with five bedrooms plus a family room, library, kid-friendly game room and theater. And the 15,000 square foot lot is so big it comes with multiples, like two staircases, three fireplaces, and three-car garage.
And on to the more important features for these newlyweds (who moved in April 2012) – the master suite comes with a sitting room and balcony, while outside you’ll find a custom pool, spa, waterfall and sport court.
Let’s just hope K-Fed, 35, treats this place better than the last mansion when he was sued for wrecking the pad and not paying rent.

Behold: The girls in blue.
When walking the carpet – and fawning over each other – at the premiere of Smurfs 2 over the weekend, Katy Perry and Britney Spears knew there was only one hue to wear: blue.
Perry paid tribute to the beloved Smurfette, the character she again voices in the animated sequel, with a cobalt blue Tadashi Shoji dress, while Spears – whose “Ooh La La” is featured on the film’s soundtrack – wore a signature bandage dress in cyan and black.
The frocks call for a style showdown: Which lady worked blue better? Make your opinion known in the poll below.
It seems so innocent at first: Britney Spears watching The Smurfs 2 with her sons Sean, 7, and Jayden, 6, in theaters. “Check this out,” she warmly whispers to them. “This is the best part right here.”
But then with one whip of a magician’s wand, Spears is struck by blue electricity. And poof: she vanishes from the theater seat, only to miraculously materialize on the silver screen. But her boys are not the least bit fazed by their mom’s disappearing act. “Cool,” one says. “Hi mom,” the other waves.
So begins Spears’ below-par music video for “Ooh La La,” her new sugary-sweet, pop song featured on the soundtrack for animated sequel The Smurfs 2.
The clip goes on to spotlight a Spears, smiling wide and bright-eyed, lip-syncing as she towers over smurf village. Throughout, there’s a sprinkling of snippets – starring Neil Patrick Harris! – from the movie, which hits theaters July 31.
Spears awkwardly sways with her hands on her hips, she bounces and spins, she flashes some jazz hands, and she moves her arms all too much, but let’s be clear: there’s no real dancing. Her “I’m A Slave 4 U” snake-charming moves are, sadly, a thing of the past.
Eventually, Spears is reunited with her sons when they, mysteriously, pop up on screen by her side. But it’s the blas looks on their faces that truly sums up how one feels at the end of these bewildering four minutes and 21 seconds.

Like her residency at Planet Hollywood, Britney Spears‘ new music video will be taking place in the desert.
The singer teased fans with a short clip of her “Work Bitch” music video on Instagram Thursday night and it’s certainly harkening back to the days of Spice Girls’ “Say You’ll Be There.” Complete with leather bustiers and a Maserati (yes, just like in the lyrics), the teaser shows Spears working some serious arm-ography in the barren sandy landscape.
“My choreographer actually, when I was doing the rehearsals for this video, he was like, ‘Britney, you are not a sweet mommy in this video. You are nasty bitch mommy in this video,'” Spears recently told E! News of the shoot.
Watch what the “nasty bitch mommy” can do in the teaser clip, below. Lyrics for the song are now on Directlyrics.
Mark your calendars: Britney Spears‘ new single will be officially released in just five days.
Unless a leak (a la Katy Perry; Lady Gaga) happens, the world will hear “Work Bitch” for the first time on local radio stations and iHeartRadio at 6 p.m. EST on Sept. 16.
On Tuesday night, Spears took to her Twitter to make the announcement, adding:
Work Bitch will be available on @iTunesMusic that night at 12:01am ET, Sept 17th… are u ready?! #YouBettaWorkB #1Week

The 31-year-old pop princess also expressed her excitement for her new collaboration with Miley Cyrus.
Now It’s Britney AND Miley bitch! #TheyreNotReady for this @MileyCyrus… 😉 #SMSbangerz

Spears is scheduled to appear on Good Morning America one day after the release of “Work Bitch.” No word on whether or not she’ll perform the single. (She probably will, right?)
Last weekend, the singer shared some behind-the-scenes photos from set of her new music video.
“Work Bitch” will be the first single off Spears’ untitled eighth studio album. Lyrics for the song are now on Directlyrics.
