We took serious note of how depressed Drake looked at the VMAs last night, and we may or may not have discovered the reason for his profound sadness.
And surprisingly, it might not be Miley Cyrus‘s twerking tirade!
The rapper has just been slapped with a lawsuit by a former stylist who claims Drizzy still owes him more than $76,000 for his services!
According to Michael Raphael, Drake hired him back in August 2012 at a rate of $39,583 A MONTH to style, design, photograph, shop, and consult on all things fashion related for the singer.
On top of that, Michael would go out and spend thousands of dollars on designer duds, which wasn’t included in his monthly fee.
Raphael admits in the suit that Drake paid him up until November, but come December, he stopped. During that month the stylist racked up almost $40,000 in shopping and travel expenses in addition to the $39,000+ fee, for a total unpaid bill of $76,490.
We’re guessing Drizzy spent his time at the VMAs contemplating how he managed to forget to pay someone that much money!!
Mystery (maybe) solved!
Entertainment news has learned that TYRA slammed DRAKE in a rap song for admitting that they went on a date.
Two can play at this game!
We previously heard that former supermodel and talk show host Tyra Banks was one of Drake‘s famous (curvaceous) girls, after they reportedly dated in Disneyland long ago. The rapper later confirmed the rumor during a September appearance on “The Ellen Show.”
So when the Harvard graduate went on “Steve Harvey” on Friday, she reacted to his revelation by freestyling some “words” to let him know that she was not happy that he chose to “chill and tell.”

Looks like Drizzy don’t got the money after all!
Drake was apparently none too pleased to find YOLO merch filling the racks at Macy’s and Walgreens this holiday season.
Why? Because he’s not getting paid for it!
Drizzy posted pics of the swag to his Instagram on Christmas, telling both retailers they either gotta “chill or cut the cheque”.
Well, he did make the phrase popular, but if he wanted the cash he should have trademarked it!

In another lawsuit, Chris Brown and Drake-whose entourages were said to have started the shocking club brawl that took place at the W.i.P. hotspot in New York last June 14 allegedly over the rappers’ common ex, Rihanna-are being sued.
The brawl has caused a flurry of suits, mostly from the innocent club goers who blamed the rappers and the club for negligence and their bloody injuries from the bottles thrown around during the fight.
But now the club-which has since been closed down-has fired back… and they’ve zeroed in on Chris and Drake.
According to The New York Post, the documents filed by club’s company, Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., stated:
“[Chris and Drake] shared a grudge against the other arising out of their romantic relationships with the same woman.”
It also claimed that when the rappers crossed paths, they “began to fight violently with each other.”
“Each arrived with his own small army of bodyguards, ‘security’ personnel, employees, friends and other members of their entourage consisting of at least 15 heavily built men trained and/or experienced in hand-to-hand and weapons combat. [They] fashioned deadly weapons out of whatever materials they could find, including glasses, alcohol bottles and furniture.”
Then, EEL stated that a “violent brawl on a massive scale” ensued next with a lot of “flying glass shrapnel,” causing “terrorized patrons” to run for cover and use “banquettes and tables as improvised shields.
They were also aware that “most were unable to protect themselves,” including Tony Parker, who is suing them for $20 million for his bad eye injury.
Interestingly, they are suing for a whopping $16 million for “gross negligence,” “ultrahazardous activity” and “intentional illegal acts”… and for costing them a previously struck $4 million licensing deal, which they lost because of the bad publicity after the incident.
The suit finished up by saying that both Chris and Drake “should have foreseen that their notoriety and celebrity would ensure that their acts had far-reaching and devastating effects.”
No word yet from the rappers.
What do you think of the new lawsuit?

W.my partner and i.P. nightclub feels it’s absurd which Tony Parker is actually suing them over the Chris Brown/Drake deal with … saying it’s impossible they could include predicted what actually transpired … sources immediately connected to the pub tell TMZ. Parker filed any $20 million lawsuit against the team on Friday, claiming the particular club should have known “there had been bad blood between Drake along with Brown” and only motivated matters by selling these people and their posse booze. But sources close to the club tell Dailymotion that Drake plus Chris Brown leafy are not prone to such hatred, with one source expressing, “Chris Brown along with Drake are not Biggie along with Tupac.”We’re told your club senses the fight ended up being out of their command and they does everything they could to stop it as being quickly as you can. Our options say the team finds Tony’s accusation they were understaffed to become ridiculous … saying they had all around 15 security system working of which night and also the owners for me personally choose exactly who goes in a club and who isn’t going to.So far, zero charges have been filed in connection with the fight, but the case is still below investigation from the NYPD.
