Not that we need more proof that Jennifer Lawrence is the most down-to-earth, most endearing and grounded celebrity out there, but we couldn’t pass on the Oscar winner’s latest meet-and-greet with a fellow famous person.
J-Law lost her sh*t when she ran into Jeff Bridges last weekend during an Extra interview at Comic-Con in San Diego. Of course, the camera gods worked their magic so that the rest of us could gush in the adorableness that is Jennifer Lawrence giggling like a fangirl and apologizing to The Dude.
(Skip to 2:30 for the golden moment).
Of course, this isn’t the first time Lawrence, 22, has lost it over meeting someone in Hollywood. Remember when Jack Nicholson briefly joined her at a post-Academy Awards interview, and well, flirted with her?
To conclude, here’s how to react when meeting celebrities, according to Jennifer Lawrence.
1. Pretend to run away. (This is how they’ll notice you).
2. Praise them. Make them feel like the coolest person in the room.
3. Giggle. A lot.
4. Use gigantic facial expressions.
5. Act totally surprised, even if you’re a fellow famous person.
Never change, J-Law, never change.

Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lawrence & More 2013 Cover Stars! Check Out This Year’s Magazine Trends HERE!!
This past year has seen both usual and unusual trends for magazine sales!
On the UNusual side, People magazine’s biggest-selling covers featured stories about real people instead of celebrities. And on the usual side, mags with Kim or Khloe Kardashian on their covers did super well!
Which just proves that people may not agree with the Kardashians and the things they do, but that doesn’t stop the public wanting to know what they’re doing!
And now that Jennifer Lawrence has admitted her love for the Armenian fam, it makes sense that both she and Kim would totally dominate the magazine stands of 2013!!
Here’s a breakdown of some of this year’s best selling cover stories:
For People magazine, an issue starring Cleveland kidnapping victims was their #1 seller, followed by a Jon & Kate Plus 8 cover and a story on the McStay murder case.
People managing editor Larry Hackett explained their readers’ need for a good story, saying:
“A life-changing story will do better than a celeb story, all things being equal. If you’re a famous person who’s not doing much of interest at that moment, you’re not going to sell covers anymore. People want a narrative, and they’ll take a narrative even if it’s about someone that makes many of us scratch our our heads and go, ‘Why do people care about them?’ They care because it’s a good story.”
As far as fashion-oriented publications go, Kim Kardashian’s April Cosmopolitan cover was the magazine’s biggest this year, selling 1.2 million single copies. Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore, Sarah Jessica Parker, Beyonc and J.Law carried many glossies through their large September and March issues.
Lauren Conrad made a splash on her Marie Claire and Lucky issues, where she was featured as a fashion icon rather than a reality TV star. Blake Lively still trumped Lauren’s sales, however, and was the star of Lucky and People StyleWatch‘s biggest issues this year. And she was still a hit despite her lack of movie and TV roles lately!!
Vanity Fair‘s two biggest issues featured the late Princess Diana and Audrey Hepburn, displaying their readership’s interest in deceased stars.
Prince George was obvi a huge seller as well — but there were also some big names that sold a lot less than expected.
For instance, Jennifer Lopez‘s popularity seems to have waned, and covers featuring Jessica Biel, Heidi Klum, Katy Perry, and One Direction showed surprisingly lackluster sales.
As for 2014, predictions of future best-sellers favor big celeb weddings (ie. Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux, Kim and Kanye West, etc.). We’ll also probably see more of Kerry Washington, Shailene Woodley, and newcomer Lupita Nyong’o.
Check out some of the best-selling covers below!

Why is it that everything sounds so much more charming when it comes out of Jennifer Lawrence‘s mouth?
Normally, everyone would roll their eyes at another celebrity complaining about some pesky paparazzi, but in this week’s top quote, J-Law actually makes a pretty valid point.
In her interview for Vogue‘s coveted September issue, the off-the-cuff actress apparently suggested she and writer Jonathan Van Meter get drunk and then proceeded to say this about the struggle with her new-found fame:
If I were just your average 23-year-old girl and I called the police to say that there were strange men sleeping on my lawn and following me to Starbucks, they would leap into action. But because I am a famous person, well, sorry, ma’am, there’s nothing we can do. It makes no sense.
But before things got too diva, Jennifer managed to go on a 20-minute monologue about sponges and then talked about making fart jokes with Bradley Cooper and that time she got her hair cut on a cruise. God bless her.

JENNIFER LAWRENCE covers the September issue of Vogue and admits in her cover interview:
“I always knew I was going to be famous.”
Even after Hollywood news and celebrity gossip websites started talking about Jennifer Lawrence, following her successful debut as an arrow-wielding tribute in the first installment of “The Hunger Games” and in MTV commercials as a teenager, the Kentucky native stayed incredibly down-to-earth.
But the undeniably desirable actress, who once admitted that she almost rejected the lead character role because she was afraid of becoming too famous, says she always knew that she was going to be a big-time celebrity.
Jennifer admits to the September issue of Vogue:
“I’ve never said this before, because there is no way to say it without it being completely misunderstood, but ever since I was really little, I always had a very normal idea of what I wanted.”
“I always knew that I was going to be famous. I honest to God don’t know how else to describe it.”
Okay, that sounds a little unlike the Jennifer we’ve come to know, but she explains:
“I used to lie in bed and wonder, Am I going to be a local TV person? Am I going to a motivational speaker? It wasn’t a vision. But as it’s kind of happening, you have this buried understanding: Of course.”
Hey, sometimes you just know when you’re destined for something, right?
Let’s just hope people don’t start taking Jennifer‘s words against her.
