Kevin Federline is now officially off the dating market – and he’s done the same with a California pad fit for his growing family.
The dancer-turned-rapper-turned-reality star is splashing out over $8K a month (no doubt with a bit of financial help from his superstar ex Britney Spears) on this pretty sweet spread, Celebuzz has learned.
Located a stone’s throw away from the Princess of Pop, Federline – who tied the knot Vegas-style with his longtime girlfriend/baby mama Victoria Prince, 30, over the weekend – actually keeps it classy with the Spanish Colonial that comes with nearly 6,000 square feet and plenty of room for his growing brood – Sean Preston, Jayden James, Kori Madison, Kaleb Michael, and almost 2-year-old daughter with Prince, Jordan Kay.
Originally on the market for nearly $2.5 million, the private abode can be found in Justin Bieber‘s swanky neck of the woods in Calabasas, Calif., with five bedrooms plus a family room, library, kid-friendly game room and theater. And the 15,000 square foot lot is so big it comes with multiples, like two staircases, three fireplaces, and three-car garage.
And on to the more important features for these newlyweds (who moved in April 2012) – the master suite comes with a sitting room and balcony, while outside you’ll find a custom pool, spa, waterfall and sport court.
Let’s just hope K-Fed, 35, treats this place better than the last mansion when he was sued for wrecking the pad and not paying rent.

It doesn’t take Sherlock Holmes to know Lucy Liu is sitting pretty… on a good real estate investment, that is.
The Elementary actress, 44, who films the hit CBS show in NYC as Holmes’ trusty sidekick Watson, is raking in a sizable chunk of monthly dough after recently renting out her L.A. abode in the hills of Studio City, Calif. for $12,000, Celebuzz has learned.
And the private hideaway is California living at its finest, complete with a feeling of serenity and a true escape from the city.
The stunning 4-bedroom, 5-bath wooded oasis, which she purchased in 2004, is over 4,000 square feet and filled with Liu’s impeccable designer taste and modern furnishings that compliment the Craftsman architecture.
One feature every SoCal home must have is pool access and plenty of natural sunlight – and this retreat has it in spades. Both the master suite and media room open onto the sparkling pool and patio where you’ll also find a cabana perfect for entertaining.
And that’s not all. There’s a chef’s kitchen, sitting room with its own fireplace, sunroom that can moonlight as a gym, windows galore, and one-of-a-kind treetop views. Not to mention, there are three additional bedrooms and if you don’t want to work out at home, you don’t have to. Liu’s sanctuary is just steps away from L.A.’s famous Fryman Canyon hiking trails.

What’s a measly $8.7 million when you’re worth $72.7 billion?!
Yes, real estate savvy friends, we’re talking about none other than the world’s richest man himself, Bill Gates.
The co-founder and chairman of Microsoft recently picked up some extra investment property in the Sunshine State for a quite affordable (in billionaire standards) $8.7 million.
The relatively modest Mallet Hill estate in Wellington, Florida (70 miles outside Miami) sits on a lush green 4.8 acres and Gates is the first owner because this spread is brand spanking new.
The secluded and majestic 4-bedroom, 7,000 square-foot manse comes with all the fancy amenities fit for the software king – open floor plan, tile flooring, granite countertops, custom made English cabinetry, 10-foot mahogany front doors, gorgeous pool and even a 20-stall barn.
Not quite what we’d expect from the mega-rich mega-mogul, but we’re still quite impressed with his humble real estate taste.

When Vampire Diaries hunk Paul Wesley got a taste of TV success, he took a big bite out of the real estate market.
The CW heartthrob, 31, and his wife Torrey DeVitto, who announced Monday they’re calling it quits after two years of marriage, actually bought the Hollywood Hills home just eight months after they said their “I dos” in December 2011.
Built in 1926, Wesley bought the newlywed nest for $949,000 and we can see why.
The romantic two-story home, built in 1926, boasts its original Spanish Colonial architecture. The future bachelor pad for the newly-single star is a spacious 3,200 square-foot, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath with a classic rotunda entry, hardwood floors, hexagon-shaped living room, upper-floor dining area, high open archways, and walls of windows.
Lush with surrounding foliage, vivid landscapes, and panoramic canyon and city vistas, the old-fashioned sanctuary set in the hills above Los Angeles is a charming backdrop with tons of natural sunlight throughout and a view of the grounds and cityscape from the second-story balcony and large stone terrace.
The couple, who met in 2007 on the set of their film Killer Movie, “have decided to amicably split. They will continue to remain good friends,” the actor’s rep told PEOPLE.

Every guy dreams of getting the six-foot tall, bronzed, leggy supermodel. But very few could even come close to the hotness that is Tom Brady. So inside Gisele Bundchen‘s designer-clad closet may be the closest Ryan Serhant‘s ever going to get to her boudoir – so he’s taking full advantage… and pretending he’s her other half (of course).
And with the able lens of Architectural Digest, he’s getting a guided tour of her not-too-shabby L.A. pad she shares with her equally-pretty quarterback hubby, Brady.
Grand and gargantuan, yes. But the manse is far from the flashing light bulbs of the Paris runway. In fact, you won’t find a catwalk anywhere, unless it’s leading to the solar-paneled garden or over the moat (yes, koi-filled moat) to the front door.
The Brazilian beauty tells the mag she likes her eco-friendly dwelling with a dose of “simplicity and coziness,” so that means doing the very un-supermodel-like chore of collecting produce from the garden (gasp).
But, don’t fret, she can wash off all that dirt under her well-manicured nails in one of the numerous bathrooms inside the 22,000 square foot fortress made out of not one, not two, but three kinds of Texas limestone; steel doors; incredibly high ceilings swathed in dripping crystal chandeliers, silk linens and marble countertops from the great room and loggia to the gourmet kitchen and walk-in wardrobe.
Yep, this totally sounds like cozy living to us.
And don’t forget about Mr. Brady. He gets to express his manly side, too with a million-dollar man cave in the form of a cigar room, wine cellar, oak-paneled library, gym (with both a cardio area and weight room), living area with two giant TV screens, and an outdoor salt water plunge pool built into the balcony off the power couple’s master suite (because who wants to trek all the way to the backyard to take a dip.).
You know, it’s this ridiculously simple life that’s keeping these two from bumping Jay-Z and Beyonce out of the No. 1 highest paid celeb couples spot.
Maybe they’re fine with being No. 2 and making a mere $80 million a year.
But we wanna see two moats the next time.
Celine Dion is getting rid of some seriously pricey real estate.
It wasn’t enough for the Las Vegas show-stopper to pull out all the stops and put her ridiculously lavish $72 million Florida resort on the market, so now she’s unloading Sunshine State spread No. 2 for a measly (in comparison) $10 million, Celebuzz has learned.
According to property records, the French crooner listed the Jupiter, Florida mansion a week ago, just 30 minutes away from her colossal Bahamian-inspired mega-mansion/water park.
And by now we know Dion likes her digs B-I-G. And although this one may appear smaller, it’s not… and definitely doesn’t lack in luxe with 9 bedrooms and 13 baths with a French twist.
For $9.75 million, the new owner will not only get the whopping 17,000 square foot house, but even more pieces of the Grammy Award-winning singer, given that the mega-manse comes fully furnished in all its gaudy glory – china, linens, crystal, chandeliers, and area rugs included.
Reminiscent of a French Chateau, the architectural details are exquisite. The museum-like features are endless, with domed stained glass skylight, 5 fireplaces, fine crown molding, velvet-covered theater room with performance stage, polished marble staircase, hand-painted sinks, custom wood floors, fully-equipped dock, and sparkling pool.

This Million Dollar Baby‘s got some multi-million dollar digs.
Hilary Swank is trying her luck again at re-listing her hot L.A. property and she’s rolling the dice in hopes she’ll take home a cool $9.45 million bucks.
The Oscar-winning actress has put her oceanview mansion in the luxe L.A. enclave of Pacific Palisades, Calif. back on the market after a buyer backed out in May.
Swank only plunked down $5.8 million for the 6,722 square-foot Mediterranean manse in 2007 so this could be her lucky day if she plays her real estate cards right.
As you can see, the hillside hacienda hideaway is definitely big enough for all those Academy Awards with 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths and priceless views of the Pacific Ocean from every room.
The Marc Appleton designed retreat includes all the things you buy when you have more than enough ca$h to splash – like a dining room with seating for 20, home theater (with lobby lounge, of course), cigar room/wine cellar, and a master bath with Jerusalem limestone countertops (sounds fancy!).
And outside, Swank has basked in her success under her very own poolside pavilion (with separate dining area) and entertained in style using the built-in barbecue, fire pit and organic vegetable gardens.

There are no blurred lines here. Pharrell Williams is definitely a baller. Just take a look at his ridiculous three-story high-rise Miami crib that screams I’m living the high life – literally.
With sweeping 360-degree views of Biscayne Bay, we don’t not quite understand why the uber-producer would want to unload these luxe digs, but one thing’s for sure – he’ll sure be making some serious dough.
Going from $16.8 million to $10.9 million, Williams is seriously ready to attract a new owner that can appreciate his taste for the finer things in life . And for those digits not only will you get 9,000 square feet of prime penthouse real estate, but you’ll get a piece of the music mogul’s signature eccentric decor and design.
The mansion in the sky comes with 5 bedrooms, 6 baths and three grand floors of lap of luxury living – like wrap-around balconies and terraces 40 stories up for that legit on top of the world feeling, private elevator, patio pool, home theatre, game room, and nothing says “I’m filthy stinking rich” like marble floors so even your feet are sitting (and walking) pretty.
Let Million Dollar Listing New York’s Ryan Serhant take you on an official tour in the CB! video above.
It looks like multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning record producer L.A. Reid has more than just amazing taste in music and talent. When it comes to real estate he’s singing a high note and living the high life.
But the former X Factor judge is looking to downsize, recently putting his 7,000 square foot Hamptons hotspot on the market for a cool $18.995 million big ones.
Located in the exclusive and secluded enclave of Sagaponack, the uber-producer is unloading the massive digs – just look at that aerial shot! This is one seriously sprawling spread – it’s so big that from far above you can still see the long elegant driveway, two-level manse, pond, pool, tennis court and three lush green acres. At that’s just for starters.
When Reid isn’t making music dreams come true, he’s living it up. This eight-digit figure he’s asking will get you a two-level master suite, 7 additional guest bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen and priceless southern and western views from the formal living and dining rooms (we can only imagine how magical summer sunsets must look like from this lap of luxury.) And we’re pretty sure the winters aren’t too shabby either sitting by the fireplace or taking a dip in the heated saltwater pool.
And it wouldn’t be a Hamptons retreat without the perfect relaxing and entertaining deets like a massage/meditation room, Hart-ru tennis court, fitness center, sauna and true aficionado’s wine cellar.

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively may not be ready for baby just yet, but are they getting rid of their prime properties for when that day finally comes?
The big screen heartthrob, who’s made his newlywed love nest with Lively in NYC, is trying his real estate luck at unloading his Hollywood Hills abode (once again) after it’s been on and off the market since 2009. And maybe the luxe remodel will do just the trick.
Reynolds bought the not-so-family-friendly pad six years ago for $1.715 million (pre Lively and Scarlett Johansson), and it’s now on the market for slightly discounted $1.599 million.
The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath starter home is pretty modest for the leading man, but he’s come a long way since his Van Wilder bachelor days (and the new owner will have a cool celeb story to tell.)The 1,789 square-foot Tinseltown digs is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has the ultimate celeb must-have – privacy – with a walled entrance and gated courtyard. The home has been upgraded with hardwood floors, solar heating, charming French doors and remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Plenty of outside entertaining space is another property perk with private walkways, patio and stunning canyon views.Take a look for yourself in the CB! gallery above.
