Elizabeth Banks got into the spirit at the second day of the Breeders’ Cup in El Lay on Saturday.

Unfortunately the Hunger Games actress looked like Little House on the Prairie gone wrong in a sleeveless blue and white houndstooth dress and brown boots.

We’d be on board with either the dress or the boots, but not together.

Maybe she can get some horse race style tips from Nicole Kidman.
